My sincere condolences to Joan's family on the loss of dear Joan. Joan was a lovely Christian lady who loved her faith. She had some good Christian friends in Halifax who will be sad to know of her passing. I am sorry to hear of her passing. May God grant her eternal rest in His kingdom. Blessings, Harry Soper

To Joan’s family,
My condolences to Joan’s family. I work at Wedgewood, and had the pleasure to work with Joan. She was a very sweet lady, I myself lived in Borden , so we would talk about different people we knew. She knew my mother Stella Hagen. We could always find something to talk or laugh about. She had a wonderful sense of humour, and a kind heart!
God Bless you all
Carol Graham

To Jennifer and cousins...
My condolences on the death of my dear friend Joan - tks for the lovely picture of her. She so loved her family and proud of your work Jennifer! My last visits with her were when she was in Ch'town hospital so it's been a few years though I did mail cards to her as well. We had a great friendship and I met her thanks to my sister Mel many years ago - I will remember her with great fondness and so hope the good memories help sustain you during those lonesome moments for your Mother... my very very best, Judy (Donovan Whitty - Charlottetown, PE)

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
