On behalf of the MacEwen family, our condolences to Myrna and family on your loss. Don and Myrna spent many years hanging out with my mom and dad (Terry and Ken). He was a life long, caring and devoted friend to both. Blake and I grew up knowing Don. I remember him as always smiling and laughing. His commitment to community service was second to none.

My condolences to Mern and family. I fondly remember all the gags and calamities He and George H would get into hunting or partying.. Dad (George) , Wendall MacKay and others were fixtures at Chappies in Freeland where stories were embellished and laughs were a plenty. All memories that will live on in infamy !! Rob Henderson

Hi Myrna and family, hugs and deepest sympathies to you all. I will miss Don's humor and chats, his smiling face. Our snow shoveling together, he would always tell me I shouldn't be shoveling, and in return I would tell him the same. He was a great neighbor, always offering a helping hand. God bless you all.
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
