Obituary of Norring, Joyce
The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 of Joyce (nee Tyler) Norring of Summerside and formerly of Cape Traverse, P.E.I., aged 86 years. Joyce was born on September 8th , 1927 to her late parents Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Tyler.
Beloved wife of the late Verner Norring and loving mother of Barry (Paula) of Kensington, JoAnn (Brian) of Thompson, MB., Burton (Donna) of Borden-Carleton and Susan (Larry) of Verdun, MB. Survived by her brother Peter Tyler and sister Anne Davis of England. Besides her parents and husband, Joyce was predeceased by her son Roy, grandson Shawn, brother Arthur and sisters Rose Kelly and Joan Gilbert.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours held. A private funeral service for the family will be held. Interment to take place in Floral Hills Memorial Garden, Pleasant Valley. Memorial donations in Joyce's memory to the Parkinson's Society would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
