Obituary of Culleton, Marjorie Cecelia
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014 of Marjorie Cecelia (nee Perry) Culleton of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 80 years. Marjorie was born on November 6th, 1933 in Summerside to her late parents Maynard and Edith (nee Clow) Perry.
Beloved wife of the late Albert "Buck" Culleton and loving mother of Sheila (Louis) Gallant of North Rustico, Edward (Kelly) of Miscouche, Ron (Gina) of Summerside, Donna (Chris) Butler of Chelton and Sheldon of Summerside. Also lovingly remembered by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by her sister Dianne Cook of Mission, BC. Besides her parents and husband, Marjorie was predeceased by her brother Ronald Perry and sisters Phyllis Hatt, Ruth Perry and Lilian Perry.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. A family committal service will take place in People's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Marjorie's memory to Camp Gencheff would be greatly appreciated.

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
