Obituary of Getson, Lucas Wayne

The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, P.E.I. as a result of a highway accident on Sunday, August 3rd, 2014 of Lucas Wayne Getson of Argyle Shore, aged 15 years. Lucas was born on November 9th, 1998 in Summerside, P.E.I.. to his parents Wayne (Claudette) Getson and Judy(Ron Loo) Crossman. Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mariah Getson, Shawna Getson, Angela Loo, Jake Loo, step-brother Benjamin Gaudet and step-sister Denise Pollard. Also lovingly remembered by his grandmothers Beverly Getson, Carol Muirhead, step-grandparents Claude and Flo Gaudet, step-grandfather John Loo and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Lucas was predeceased by his grandfathers Ralph Getson and Elmer Crossman, his aunt Carrie McMurrer-Crossman, uncle Myles Getson, cousin Matthew McMurrer and step-grandmother Tina Loo. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Thursday, August 7th for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m.. Interment to take place in the Greenmount Church of Christ Cemetery, Greenmount, P.E.I. Memorial donations in Lucas's memory to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated.
