Obituary of Richard, Warren P.S.
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Thursday, September 18th , 2014 of Warren P.S. Richard of Miscouche, P.E.I., aged 18 years.
Beloved son of Peter and Cathy (nee Warren) Richard of Miscouche and loving brother to Gabrielle, Alexis and Nathaniel. Also lovingly remembered by his grandparents Sylvain and Sophie Richard and Florence Warren all of Summerside and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Warren was predeceased by his grandfather Daniel Warren and several aunts and uncles.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Saturday, September 20th , then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m.. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Warren's memory to the Children's Wish Foundation or to Camp Triumph would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Friday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m..

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
