Fred and Elaine were a military family who moved around the country every two years. Elaine loved her life style and was exceptional at setting up new households, settling her kids into their new surroundings and looking forward to her new neighborhood and new friends. Finding positives in every challenge, she quickly overcame every obstacle in her long life. She met health issues with great strength and courage that was second to none. --- A true optimist. She touched the heart of all who met her and will be forever missed and never forgotten.
