Obituary of Austin, Naomi
The death of Naomi C. Austin occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, January 25th , 2015. Beloved wife of Richard Austin of 25 Park St., Summerside.
She was well known for her active roll as a cheerful bible teacher with Jehovah's Witnesses in Summerside for the last twenty five years. Naomi was born on December 28th , 1935 to her late parents Orlanzo and Miriam Lucas of Sydney, N.S. She is survived by her sisters Olga Skeet of Sydney, N.S., Elease Smuk of Toronto, ON. and her brother Gideon Lucas of Sydney, N.S.
A Memorial Service will be held in her honour at 7:00 p.m. on January 29th , at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on the Taylor Rd. and Highway 1A Summerside. All are welcome to attend.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
