Obituary of Keough, Everett James
The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, July 26th, 2015 of Everett James Keough of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 85 years. Everett was born in Borden, P.E.I. to his late parents Edwin and Clara (nee Bernard).
Beloved husband of the late Brenda (nee Burns) Keough and loving father of Nancy (Vernon) Baglole of Miscouche, P.E.I and Chris (Jennifer) Keough of Halifax, N.S. Also lovingly remembered by his 4 grandchildren; Jolene, Trevor, Daniel and Jackson, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Survived by his brothers and sisters Ernie (Pat), Bobby (Betsy), Rita (Peter) Clarke, Doris (Bill) Darling, Billy (Barb), Diane (Joe) Dunphy, Theresa (Guy) Moise, Kenny (Connie), Cindy (Jack) McGuirk, Ruth (Larry) Henry and sister-in-law JoAnn Keough.
Besides his parents and wife, Everett was predeceased by his sisters Mae MacCormick, Helen Keough , Shirley (Leo) Murphy, brothers Joe (Sybil) Keough and Leo Keough.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, July 30th, 2015 then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Everett's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Society would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
