Obituary of O'Halloran, Johnathan Kevin
The death occurred suddenly as a result of a highway accident in Newton, P.E.I., on Friday September 25th, 2015 of Johnathan Kevin O'Halloran of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 24 years. Johnathan was born in Summerside, to his mother Tammy (nee Duffenais) O'Halloran and his father, the late Kevin O'Halloran.
Beloved father of Alexander Arsenault. Survived by his brother Jeff, sister Jasmine and several nieces and nephews. Johnathan is also survived by his grandmother Sharon Clark (Brian), grandfather Lucien (Bernice Raynor) Duffenais and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Besides his father Kevin, Johnathan was predeceased by his sister Jennifer Lynn O'Halloran, grandmother Shirley Duffenais, and grandfather Francis O'Halloran.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Tuesday, September 29th, then to St. Peter's Church, 7 Mile Bay for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Johnathan's memory to his son Alexander's Education Fund would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Monday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
