Obituary of Hardy, Annie Edith
The death occurred peacefully at her late residence on Sunday, February 14th, 2016 of Annie Edith Hardy (nee Campbell) of Wilmot, P.E.I. aged 79 years. Annie was born in Central Lot 16, P.E.I. to her late parents, Aretus and Angelina (nee Birch) Campbell. Beloved wife of Ernest Hardy.
Survived by her brothers and sisters in - law, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Annie was predeceased by her brother and sisters Ruth (Wendell) Phillips, James Campbell, Devona (Roy) Stavert.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, February 17th, where a funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation in Annie's memory to the P.E.I. Humane Society, Prince County Hospital Foundation or East Prince Home Care would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Tuesday from 2 - 5 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
