Obituary of Gaudet, Phyllis Louise
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Wednesday, April 21st, 2016 of Phyllis Louise Gaudet of Le Chez-Nous, Wellington, P.E.I., aged 104 years. Phyllis was born in Miscouche, P.E.I. to her late parents Robert and Marie Anne Gallant.
Phyllis is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Phyllis was predeceased by her brothers and sisters Fred, Alyre, Leo, Joseph, Jerry, Regina, Margaret and Louise (in infancy).
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday, April 25th, then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for a funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment to take place in church cemetery. Memorial donations in Phyllis's memory to the St. John the Baptist Cemetery would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Sunday from 2 - 4 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
