Obituary of Batchelor, Jacqueline "Jackie"

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I., on Saturday, May 28th, 2016 of Jacqueline "Jackie" Mae Batchelor (nee Boyda) of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 77 years. Jackie was born in Emerson, MB to her late parents Michael and Mary (nee Mandzie) Boyda. Beloved wife of Clair Batchelor and loving mother of Garth (Sandra) of Hamilton, ON and Todd (Wanda) of Darnley, P.E.I. Also lovingly remembered by her 2 grandchildren Carrie and Ronda and several nieces and nephews. Survived by her brother and sister Denis (Cindy) Boyda, Emerson, MB and Bernice (Leo) Breton, Pine Falls, MB. Besides her parents, Jackie was predeceased by her grandson Brett. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Tuesday, May 31st from where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment to take place in Emerson, MB. Memorial donations in Jackie's memory to the Integrated Palliative Care Program Prince County Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
