Obituary of McKinnon, Justin Edward
The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday, July 9th, 2016 of Justin Edward McKinnon of Summerside, aged 57 years. Justin was born in Summerside to his late parents, Fred and Irene (nee O'Brien) McKinnon.
Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Raymond (Sheila) of Charlottetown, Reggie (Beryl) of Penn., U.S.A., Roger of Summerside, Carrol Ann (Nabil) Elhadi of Fredericton, N.B., Wilbert (Stef) of Wasaga Beach, ON., Howard (Maggie) of Truro, N.S., Mary (Harry) Hutchinson, Lorraine (Wilf) Smith and Geraldine McKinnon (Ivan) all of Summerside.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday, July 11th , where a funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m.. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 12:30 p.m. until time of funeral at 2:00 p.m.. Interment to take place in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Justin's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or the Paraplegic Association of P.E.I. would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
