Obituary of Leard, John Wright

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I., on Monday August 15th, 2016 of John Wright Leard of Bedeque, aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Agnes (nee Fox) Leard and loving father of Heather, Bruce and Robert. Also lovingly remembered by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Bertha, Patricia (David) Speck, Donna Book, Wendy Leard and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Jim Book. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. Memorial donations in John 's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
