Obituary of Haining, Margaret "Peggy" Anne
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Thursday, October 13th, 2016, of Margaret "Peggy" Anne (Goodin) Haining of Miscouche, aged 61 years. Peggy was born in Newcastle, NB. to her late parents Bryon and Florine (LeBlanc) Goodin.
Beloved wife of Brian Haining. Survived by her sisters; Dee Dee (Leslie) Holland, Hampton, NB., Anne Goodin, Beth (Jeff) Gillis, brothers; Frankie (Linda) Goodin, Jimmy (Elaine) Goodin, Billy (Janice) Goodin and Paul (Denine) Goodin, and her cousin and best friend Carmel Lee all of Miramichi, NB.
Besides her parents, Peggy was predeceased by her sister Gail Regan.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By personal request there will be no funeral service held. Memorial donations in Peggy's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday evening only, 6 - 9 p.m. then transferred to Bell's Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB. for visiting hours on Tuesday, October 18th , 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m..

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
