Obituary of Mayhew, Anne Katherine
The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Saturday January 28th, 2017 of Anne Katherine Mayhew (nee Feehan) of Mount Tryon, P.E.I. aged 73 years. Anne was born in Charlottetown to the late Arthur and Catherine (nee Kelly) Feehan.
Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Mayhew and loving mother of Colleen (Sheldon) MacQuarrie. Loving grandmother to An (Syr) and honorary grandmother to Kate, Laura and Riley.
Survived by her brother and sisters Frank, Mary, Barbara, Donna and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, Anne was predeceased by her twin sister Florence at the young age of 9 years old, sisters Bernadette and Margaret, brother Danny.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Road, Summerside.
Friends and family are invited to attend A Celebration of Her Life on Saturday February 4th, 2017 from 1-5 p.m. at her home in Mount Tryon, P. E.I. Interment to take place in Tryon United Church cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Anne's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation Women's Health Clinic would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
