Obituary of Perry, Mary Thelma
The death occurred peacefully with family by her side at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, August 27th, 2017 of Mary Thelma (nee Arsenault) Perry of Summerside and formerly of Miscouche, P.E.I., aged 98 years. Mary Thelma was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, U.S.A.to the late Anthony and Caroline (nee Gaudet) Arsenault.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Perry. Survived by her sisters Rita Poirier, Summerside, Theresa Murphy, California, U.S.A., brother Aloysius, Ontario, sisters in-law Jeanette Arsenault, Summerside, Mildred Arsenault, Alberta and many nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her honorary grand daughter Tanya Comfort.
Besides her parents and husband, Mary Thelma was predeceased by her brothers Martin, Hilary, Ernest (Rita), brothers in - law Emmanuel Poirier and Leo Murphy.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, August 31st, then to St. John the Baptist, Miscouche for funeral mass at 3:00 p.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Mary Thelma's memory to Community Connection or Autism P.E.I. would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours Thursday from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
