Obituary of DesRoches, Keith Douglas

The death occurred peacefully surrounded by family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday December 1st, 2017 of Keith Douglas DesRoches of Summerside, P.E.I., and formerly of Ottawa, Ontario, aged 57 years. Keith was born in Ottawa to his late parents Donald and Jeannette (nee St. Gelais) DesRoches. Beloved husband of Jeanne (nee Gallant) DesRoches and loving father of Matthew (Jeanette) of Fort MacMurray, Alberta and Christopher (Alexendra) of Brampton, Ontario and lovingly remembered as Grampy to Spencer Cohen and James Harvey. Survived by his brother Micheal (Debbie) DesRoches of Ottawa, Ontario, sisters and brother-in-laws Marcel (Rachel), Paulette Richard-Davis (Ken), Roger (Nancy), Robert (Marguerite), Claude and Noëlla Kelly (Paul). Sadly missed by Fur baby Chloe who was a great walking and driving companion. Also remembered by many special nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Tuesday, December 5th, where a funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Keith's memory to the Prince County Hospital Hospice Association would be greatly appreciated.
