Obituary of Hebb, Audrey Bertha Cecelia
The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Friday, February 9th, 2018 of Audrey Bertha Cecelia Hebb (nee MacKinnon) of Summerside and formerly of Martin's River, N.S., aged 81 years. Audrey was born in Grand River, P.E.I. to her late parents Bernard and Ella (nee Morrison) MacKinnon.
Beloved wife of the late Hugh Hebb and loving mother of Peggy MacKinnon of Halifax, N.S. Also lovingly remembered by her two grandchildren Christopher and Cassie Arsenault and much beloved aunt to several nieces and nephews. Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Flo Murphy of Summerside, Geri (David) Hammond of Schurmans Point, Ron (Brenda) MacKinnon of Alexandra, Don (Helen) MacKinnon of Grand River, Bev (Gordie) Poirier of Grand River, her brother-in-law Errol Thompson of Grand River and her sister-in-law Kay MacKinnon of Summerside.
Besides her parents and husband, Audrey was predeceased by her sister Colleen MacKinnon Thompson, her brother Claude MacKinnon and her brother-in-law Frank Murphy.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday February 12th, then to St. Patrick's Church, Grand River for a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Audrey's memory to the Parkinson's Society or to St. Patrick's Church Building Fund would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Sunday, 3 - 5 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
