Obituary of Davison, Virginia "Gini" Louise
The death occurred peacefully at her late residence with family by her side on Friday, April 20th, 2018 of Virginia "Gini" Louise (nee Cameron) Davison of Harmony Line Road and formerly of Wellington, aged 78 years. Gini was born in Summerside to the late Angus and Gladys (nee Corney) Cameron.
Loving mother of Jim (Angela) Davison of Harmony. Also lovingly remembered by her 3 grandchildren Collin (Stacey Lee), Chelsea and Cameron (Brittany), 3 great grandchildren Myles, Hunter and soon to be Thomas.
Survived by her brother and sisters Gerry (Wallace) Beaton, Elizabeth Joy (Alburn) Betts, Juanita Cameron, Greg (Faye), dear sister in-law Brenda (Henry) Aker and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Gini was predeseaced by her brothers Sonny and Joey Cameron in infancy.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until, Tuesday April 24th, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment to take place in Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations in Gini's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Visitation hours on Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:15 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
