Obituary of Perry, Theresa Mary
The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 of Theresa Mary (nee Poirier) Perry of Summerside, and formerly of St. Nicholas, P.E.I., aged 93 years. Theresa was born in St. Nicholas, P.E.I. to the late Arsene and Sophie Poirier.
Beloved wife of the late Edward Perry and loving mother of Ellen (Doug) Parker, Michael, Charlie (Charmaine), Judy Perry, Stewart (Janie), Margaret (Norman) and John. Also lovingly remembered by her 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Survived by her brother Willie Poirier and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her daughter Betty Perry, son Sonny (in infancy) grandson Brad and Richard Parker, brothers and sisters Margaret (Frank), Emmanuel (Rita), Felix, Martin (Mary), Ursule (Martin) and sister-in-law Marie Poirier.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, November 8th, then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Theresa's memory to the Wedgewood Manor equipment fund or St. John the Baptist Cemetery would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Wednesday evening from 6 - 8 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
