Obituary of Chatham, Christopher Conrad
The death occurred suddenly in Grand Prairie, Alberta on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 of Christopher "Boo" Conrad Chatham, formerly of Summerside, PEI, aged 29 years. Christopher was born in Summerside son of Chris Chatham, Summerside and Janine Gallant (step-father Mark Ashley), Charlottetown.
Beloved fiancée of Sabrina Shackel and loving brother of Crystal (Paul) Beaton, Bedeque, and Christian (Alisha) Chatham, Summerside. Lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews Savannah Cohen and Brooklyn Beaton and Lexi and Addy Chatham.
Survived by his grandparents Eric and Elizabeth Gallant and Marlene Mitchell, godparents Bernadette and Patrick Perry and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Predeceased by his grandmother Sharon Gallant, grandfathers Neil Chatham and Cecil Mitchell, aunt Sabrina Chaisson and uncle Shane Gallant.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Tuesday, April 9th, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations Christopher's memory to the funeral expense fund would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Tuesday from 2:00 - 3:45 p.m.

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
