Obituary of Wallace, Celina Mary
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, July 21, 2019 of Celina "Cil" Mary Wallace (nee Poirier) of Summerside and formerly of St. Nicholas, P.E.I. , aged 94 years. Cil was born in St. Nicholas to her late parents, Augustine & Margaret (nee Richards) Poirier.
Beloved wife of James Wallace and loving Mother of Pamela (Sheldon) McPhee, Vickie (Loman) MacLellan, Colleen (Randy) Boyer of Ontario, stepsons; Melvin (deceased) and Clarence Arsenault of Montreal and their families. Also remembered by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews, and her furry friend Zoey.
Predeceased by her eight brothers and sisters, her first husband Marcel "Sam" Williamson, the father of her three daughters. Celina is also predeceased by her second husband Edward Arsenault, father of her two stepsons Clarence and the late Melvin.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday, July 25th, 2019 then to St. John the Baptist for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place at a later date in St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Donations in Cil's memory to St. John the Baptist Church or Prince County Hospital would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Wednesday July 24th, 2019 from 5-7 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
