Obituary of Doyle, Sharon Ann
Chief Warrant Officer Sharon Ann Doyle, CD (Ret'd) passed peacefully at home in Miscouche, PE on Sunday April 24, 2022, aged 60 years. Sharon was born in Kilbride, NL. to her late parents William & Gladys (nee Rice) Doyle.
Beloved wife of Sophie Lafrance and mother to Valerie Lafrance-Gaudette and grandmother to her grandsons Zachary & Kylan. Survived by brother John Doyle and sister-in-law Debbie Doyle. Predeceased by brother Chris Doyle.
Sharon proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 27 years. Having lived and travelled from one side of the country to the other, Sharon will be missed and lovingly remembered by an extensive military family, her many good friends, her extended family and her beloved furry friend Massad.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until her Celebration of Life on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Miscouche Royal Canadian Legion Branch #18. Interment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Sharon's memory to the PEI Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Inc. by contacting peiwrari@gmail.com would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
