Obituary of Stordy, Paula Margaret
The death occurred peacefully with her loving family by her side at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Monday May 2nd, 2022 of Paula Margaret Stordy (Creamer) of Summerside, aged 73 years. Paula was born in Charlottetown, P.E.I. to the late John and Vivian (Reilly) Creamer. Beloved wife of Vernon Stordy and loving mother of Lorna (Victor) Perry, Lisa Stordy, Lori Stordy, Kimberly (Corey) MacCallum and Connie (Kent) Bernard. Also lovingly remembered by her 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and by her special fur baby "Shep".
Survived by her twin sister Sheila Creamer (Roland), sisters
Nora Leah Creamer (Leo), Brenda (Lee) Donaher, Evelyn Creamer, Jackie (Roger) Snider, Audrey Creamer, brothers Willard (Margaret) and Barry (Doreen) Cameron, brothers in-law Albert and Junior Stordy and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her twins Jackie and Marilyn in infancy, brother George and grandson Even Rix-Stordy.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday May 4th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations in Paula's memory can be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
