Obituary of Richard, Celina Anita
The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday, August 1st, 2020 of Celina Anita (nee Richard) Richard of Summerside, P.E.I, aged 74 years. Celina was born in Mont-Carmel, P.E.I. to the late Stanley and Demerise (Arsenault) Richard.
Beloved wife of Everett Richard and loving mother of Daniel (Tammy) Richard and Debra (Craig) Atkinson. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Megan, Christopher & Alyssa Richard, Erica, Cody & Nicole Atkinson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Survived by her brothers and sisters Aldine Gallant of Mont-Carmel, Alyre (Aldine) Richard of Wellington, Lumina (Phil) Arnold of Ontario, Oscar (Tina) Richard of Summerside, Adrian Richard of Mont-Carmel; brother-in-law Gerry Goode and sister-in-law Angela Leclair.
Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Freddie Richard, Cyril Richard, Marcella Goode, infant brother baby Richard; brother's and sister-in-law Valmore, Wilbert, Edward, Jean and Rose Richard, Cedric Gallant and Cyril Leclair; Mother and father-in law Alcide & Annie Richard.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, where a private funeral service will take place with interment to follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Celina's memory made directly to the St. Vincent de Paul Centre or Charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
