Obituary of Blanchard, Emily "Jean"

The death occurred peacefully at the O'Leary Community Hospital, O'Leary, P.E.I. on Saturday, September 5th, 2020 of Emily "Jean" Louise Collicutt- Blanchard (nee Acorn) of O'Leary and formerly of Summerside, aged 71 years. Jean was born in Kingston, ON. to the late Creelman and Edna (nee Harrington) Acorn. Beloved wife of her first husband the late Charles Collicutt and her second husband Ronnie Blanchard. Loving mother of Angela Collicutt (John MacLeod) and Howard Laviolette. Also lovingly remembered by her 7 grandchildren Blaze, Damien, Tommy, Lou, Chance, Karma-Jean and Lyberti. Survived by her brother Brian (Ann) Acorn and nieces and nephew Jason, Tracey, Amanda and Rebecca. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel. Interment to take place in St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Jean's memory to the funeral expense fund would be greatly appreciated.
