Obituary of Thomson, Hollis Benjamin
The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital, November 1st, 2020 of Hollis B. Thomson of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 82 years. Hollis was born in Campbellton, P.E.I. to the late Lloyd and Annie (nee Shaw) Thomson.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Janet (nee Randell), step-granddaughters Corinna Farr (Patrick Faulkner) and Rachel Farr (Doug Stewart), 10 step-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
Survived by his siblings Bloyse, Floyd (Pauline), Muncey, Blair and Diana (Roy) Rogers.
Predeceased by his daughter Cindy-Ann Thomson and son Jamie Lloyd Thomson, sister Audrey Foy and sister-in-law Norma Thomson.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. Interment to take place at a later date.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
