Obituary of Norma Eileen Condley
The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PEI on Friday, November 8, 2024 of Norma Eileen Condley (MacKay) of Summerside, aged 83 years. Norma was born in Campbellton, PEI to the late Harry and Ida MacKay (Bradshaw).
Beloved wife of the late Orville Condley and loving mother of Cathie Curley (Duane), June Condley, Joyce Scholtes, Kent Condley, Kelly Montgomery (Dan). Also lovingly remembered by her 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Survived by her siblings Marjorie Wood, Sylvia (Brian) Dubickas, Nancy (Paul) Beattie, Linda MacKay-Chappell, Lila (Jock) Rix and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her brother Ross (Sheila), sister Georgie (Russell) McInnis, brothers in-law Jimmy Rix, Andrew Wood and Terry Chappell.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. Interment to take place in People’s Cemetery, Summerside at a later date. Donations in Norma’s memory can be made directly to the charity of your choice.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
