Obituary of Margaret Anne Bradley
The death occurred suddenly at the Prince County Hospital on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024, of Margaret Anne Bradley (nee Lambe) of Summerside, PEI, aged 68 years. Margaret was fiercely compassionate and caring, always putting others’ needs ahead of her own. Family was always her main priority, a value that will be forever carried forward.
Beloved wife of Jim Bradley. Loving mother of Jennifer Bradley, Shannon Gallant, Bethany MacArthur (Kevin), Tyler Bradley (Tess), and Sean Bradley (Shelby McCarron). Proud Nanny to Brooke, Andrew, Brysen, Jase, Liam, Adalynn, Brycen, Rylee, Irelyn, and Vaughn.
Survived by siblings Marjorie Hunter, Andy (Debby) Lambe, Mary Lambe (Darryl Noonan), Brenda (Roger) Paynter, Bobby Lambe, and Sandra Lambe (Ron Crozier) as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Predeceased by her parents Carroll and Teresa Lambe, brother John Lambe, and nephews Nicholas Lambe, Jeff Lambe, and David Lambe.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Rd. Summerside until Saturday, October 19th, 2024 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Margaret’s memory can be made directly to T1D Kids Camps https://www.cfpei.ca/t1d/ or the Summerside Fire Department. Visiting hours on Friday from 3 - 6 p.m.
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
