Obituary of Cindy DesRoches
The death occurred surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 16th, 2024, of Cynthia “Cindy” DesRoches (Baglole) of Summerside, aged 58 years.
Cindy was born in Summerside to her late parents Fielding and Margaret “Dolly” Baglole.
Beloved partner of William March and loving mother of Tyler DesRoches and Chassity DesRoches (Wilt Noonan). Also lovingly remembered by her grandson Zander and many nieces and nephews.
Survived by the following brothers and sisters: Ruby (Dave) Poirier, Kelvin (Kim) Baglole, Sharon Schurman, Kenny (Sylvia) Baglole, Judy Baglole-Laviolette, Vernon (Nancy) Baglole and sister-in-law Judy Baglole.
Predeceased by her sister Lila Baglole, brothers Robert Baglole, Elmer Baglole, Elton Baglole, 2 brothers in infancy and brothers-in-law Garth Schurman and Clifford Laviolette.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, for a funeral service on Friday, September 20th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
Donations in Cindy’s memory may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Visting hours will be held on Friday, September 20th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
