The death occurred suddenly on September 3, 2024, at the Prince County Hospital, of Mary “Janet” Coughlin, of Summerside, aged 86 years.
Beloved wife of Robert Coughlin, and loving mother of Debbie Jeffery, Susan Milligan (Rodney), Nancy Gallant, Gwendy Bridges, and Lori Coughlin (Lori Joyce). Will be missed by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Survived by her sister Margorie Williams, and brothers Stan Theriault and Freeman Theriault.
Predeceased by her daughter Isobel, grandson Steven, sons-in-law Richard Bridges and Henry Gallant, brothers Jackie and Henry and her sister Theresa.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home 245 Pope Rd, Summerside, for a funeral service in the chapel on Sunday, September 8th at 2:30 p.m. Burial to follow in the Bideford United Cemetery. Donations in Janet’s memory may be made online to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Visiting hours from 1:30 until time of service.
