To Nancy's family,
I worked at Andrew's of Summerside for a short time several years ago, and Nancy is one of my fondest memories. She would accompany me down the hall at times, singing old songs that we both knew! She was a delight, and I'll never forget her. My sincere condolences on your loss but I'm sure Nancy is smiling down on all of us. God bless.

The Vaughan side of the relatives are saddened that we have lost Cousin Nancy, a wonderful human being, friendly, compassionate, and more interesting than a best-selling novel. I fondly remember her teaching all the younger children how to juggle at a family reunion held at Aunt Pearl and Uncle Lorne's cottage. Many thanks to Cousin Susan for the support she gave Nancy during the time when Nancy was most in need of assistance and comfort.

I got to know Nancy a little through our work with the then East Prince Literacy Council, Over several cups of coffee, we determined that we did share a few relatives (my father Everett was from North Carlton). I admired Nancy's spirit of adventure and her commitment to everything she took on. My deepest sympathies to all who knew and loved her.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
