The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024 of Louis D. Cooper of Summerside and formerly of Toronto, Ontario, aged 83 years. Lou was born in Melbourne, Australia to the late Rodney and Marien (Dreyer) Cooper.
Beloved husband of Gillian Cooper and loving father of Matthew Campbell Cooper (Amy) and Nicole Campbell Cooper (Johnny).
Lou had a great passion for Journalism and love for his family. He generously donated his body to science at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, furthering medical research and education.
