I was sorry to read that John died as had always hoped we'd reconnect - hadn't seen him since Ingonish Beach school days and he was a grand fellow - always the gentleman and lighthearted/easy going - and kind; he hung out with a cousin of mine so we ran into each other a bit despite him living North Bay (North Ingonish) and I was in Ingonish Beach...We moved to Charlottetown in 2000. Sincere condolences to you and your children...very best, Judy Donovan Whitty

Dear Tanya and Family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your father's passing. He was so very nice and indeed a "helluva fella".
We will miss his lovely smile and chit chats at the off leash park. My heart goes out to all of you~~I'm sure he was
a wonderful dad. I trust precious memories will sustain you during this difficult time and in all the years to come.
Sincerely,
Sandy Thompson and "Mater" and all of the folks at the dog park.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
