Obituary of Joyce MacSweyn

The death occured peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, PEI on Wednesday, December 20th, 2023 of Joyce MacSweyn (Dapp) of Summerside, aged 93 years. Joyce was born in Montreal, Quebec to the late Frederick and Ethel (Arnold) Dapp.

Beloved wife of the late Donald MacSweyn and loving mother of Cheryl (Richard) Carrier, Kendall (Deborah) and Mindy (Geoff) Charlton. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Trevor, Brandon, Amanda, Jayden and Lyndsay, great grandchildren Gideon and Arya.

Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Sabina, Bert, Marjorie and Fred.

Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held.  Memorial donations in Joyce's memory can be made directly to the PEI Humane Society.
