Obituary of June Margaret Good
On October 5, 2023, June Good (nee Sherry) of Augustine Cove, aged 87, passed joyfully into the presence of her Lord and Savior. Devoted mother of Brian (Jennifer) Augustine Cove PE: Gary (Janet) Thonotosassa, FL USA; Shane (Lynn Marie) Manchester CT USA.
Amazing grandmother to Wyatt Good and Zoe (Stephen) Burton; Katherine (Matthew) Valvano and Kristen (Jonny) Smith; Tricia (Marc Silverman) and Adam Garrett. Cherished sister of Maurice Sherry, Janet (Brian) Norrie, Charlie (Crystal) Sherry. Sister-in-law to Boyd (Tildy) Good, Sheila (Douglas) MacLeod, Roma (John) Davies, John Potter, Dwight Dauphinee, aunt to several nieces and nephews, all who were also the recipients of the fruits of her kind and generous spirit.
Predeceased by her husband Brendon of 66 years in July 2023, infant daughter Brenda Lee, parents James and Margaret (Morrison) Sherry, siblings Joan (Gordon) Gallant, William (Bea) Sherry, Patricia (John) Flynn, Sandra Dauphinee; sisters-in-law Diane Sherry and Cynthia Potter.
A funeral service will be held at The Crapaud Gospel Hall on Saturday, October 14th at 1pm proceeded by a viewing from 12:00-1:00pm with burial immediately following in the adjacent Crapaud Gospel Hall Cemetery. The family wish to acknowledge the compassionate care to June and her family by the staff of The PEI Atlantic Baptist Homes in Charlottetown. In lieu of flowers, a donation in June's memory to The Alzheimer Society of PEI is suggested.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
