Obituary of Florence Margaret Gallant

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital on July 13^th, 2023 of Florence Margaret Gallant, of Summerside, aged 88 years. Florence was born in Summerside to her late parents Earle and Mary Campbell. Beloved wife of the late Gerard Gallant. Loving mother of Andy Beaton, Jane (Russell) O’Brien, Peggy (Pat) Bernard, and her step-son Corey Gallant. Lovingly remembered by her 9 grandchildren, her many great-grandchildren and her numerous nieces and nephews. Also survived by her siblings Earle Campbell and Frances Cullen. Predeceased by her parents, her children Robert, David, and Donna (Gary) Ferguson, and by several brothers and sisters. Resting at the East Prince funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until July 18^th, 2023 then to St. Paul’s Parish for a funeral mass at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow in St. Paul’s cemetery. Donations in Florence’s memory to the Prince County Hospital or Homecare would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on July 17^th from 4:00-7:00 pm.
