Obituary of Christine Sarah Goodwin
On July 9th, 2023, at 9:18 pm, Christine Sarah Goodwin of Darnley, age 74 years, passed away peacefully at the Prince County Hospital with her family by her side. Born in Nain, Labrador, NL to her late parents Henry and Harriet Dicker.
Beloved wife of the late Tom Goodwin, loving father of Jodie (Sherry) and Scott and grandfather to Sydney and Milika. She will be forever remembered and loved by her family and friends, near and far.
Tom and Christine retired to Prince Edward Island from Newfoundland and Labrador after her retirement. Christine cherished her time with her family and friends. Known by all as a kind and caring person, her biggest joy was being surrounded by the people she loved.
Christine’s family and friends will take time to gather and celebrate and honour Christine’s life at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the East Prince Funeral Home, Summerside, PE.
