Obituary of Morris, Anna Kathleen
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Friday, January 29th, 2021of Anna K. Morris (nee Weeks) of Summerside and formerly of Belmont, P.E.I., aged 98 years. Anna was born in South Kildare, P.E.I. to the late Hunter and Bessie (Cail) Weeks.
Beloved wife of the late Harvey Morris and loving mother of Carol Jenkins, Susan (Doug) St. Louis, Betty (Charles) Holmes. Loving grandmother to Tim, Sheri and David Jenkins, Tracey and Toby St. Louis, Sierra and Jasmine Holmes and great grandchildren Emily, Jacob, Christian, Justin, Kyle, Tora and Kohana, great great granddaughter Mikayla and also several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by the following sisters and brothers Blanche (Winston) England, Muriel "Babe" Defosse, Jean Campbell, Freda "Molly" Weeks, Byron (Margaret) Weeks, Frank (Margaret) Weeks and Claire Weeks.
Special thanks to Tara Cormier, great niece and her care companions as well as all of the staff at Andrews Lodge in Summerside who lovingly cared for mom.
Resting at East Prince Funeral, 245 Pope Road, Summerside where a private family viewing will be held. Funeral service will be held at the Lot 16 United Church, Lot 16 followed by the interment in the church cemetery at a later date.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
