Obituary of Paynter, Clarence Joseph
The death occurred suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Thursday, October 20th , 2005 of Clarence Joseph Paynter of 510 Sheen St. Summerside, aged 54 years. Clarence was born in Summerside on June 24th , 1951.
Special friend of Joan and loving father of Michele. He is survived by his mother Leola (Gallant) Paynter and his brothers and sisters: Austin, Summerside, Norma (Gordon) Campbell, Ottowa, Georgie (Bev), Summerside, Johnny (Catherine), Fergus, On. and Andy (Maxine), Summerside and by his uncles, aunts and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father George Paynter.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday, for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.. Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery. Memorial donations in Clarence's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
