Obituary of Rafferty, Anna Marie Theresa

The death occurred peacefully at the South Shore Villa, Crapaud on Sunday , March 11th , 2007 of Anna Marie Theresa Rafferty ( nee Arsenault ),formerly of Carleton Siding , aged 77 years. Anna was born on August 7th , 1929 in Seven Mile Bay to her parents, the late Joseph & Mary ( nee Aucoin ) Arsenault. Beloved wife of Edward Rafferty of the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside. Loving mother of David ( Judy ) Banks and Carol ( David ) Heffell, all of S'side. Also lovingly remembered by her four grandchildren Tyler, Nicole, Racheal & Dale , her sister-in-law Noreen Arsenault of Seven Mile Bay and several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Stanley Banks, her brother Agno Arsenault and her brother Daniel Arsenault in infancy. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:00 A.M.. Interment to take place at a later date in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Anna's memory to the Alzheimer Society of P.E.I. or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
