Obituary of Perry, Faye Stella
The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital , Summerside on Sunday, October 14th , 2007 of Faye Stella Perry ( nee MacNeill ) of Summerside & formerly of Charlottetown , aged 64 years. Faye was born in Charlottetown, P.E.I. on February 3rd , 1943 to her parents, the late Hedley & Ada Louise ( nee Batchelor ) MacNeill.
Beloved wife of Alcide Perry & loving mother of Ryan of Comox, B.C. and Andrea Perry ( Curtis ) of S'side. Also lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Mya & her many nieces, nephews & brothers & sisters-in-law. Survived by the following brothers & sisters : Joan MacNeill, Roy ( Thelma ) MacNeill , Carol MacNeill all of Ch'town, Joyce ( Real ) Alexander Cormier of S'side, James ( Sharon ) MacNeill of Lot # 16,Phyllis ( Kevin ) MacDonald of Bridgetown and Donald ( Ria ) MacDonald of Trenton, N.S..
Besides her parents, Faye was predeceased by her father & mother-in-law John & Rose Perry.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home,245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday , October 18th , then to St. Paul's Church for funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Faye's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Wednesday evening only , 7 - 9 p.m..

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
