Obituary of Enman, Hazel Blanche

Enman : The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Friday, December 21st , 2007 of 'Hazel' Blanche Enman (nee MacKinnon) of 369 Brophy St. Summerside and formerly of Springhill P.E.I., aged 89 years. Hazel was born in Northam P.E.I. on April 4, 1918 to her late parents: Alexander and Elsie ( Ramsay) MacKinnon. Dear wife of the late Reuben Enman. Loving mother of her son: Ralph (Kathleen) Enman and her daughters: Marlene Costain; Joan Arsenault (Cliff McCourt), Debby Lynch (Wayne Dickenson), Darlene (Paul) Murray, her step-daughter Joyce Smith, her step-son Junior (Shirley) Enman, her daughter-in-law Peggy (Enman) Helliker. She is also lovingly remembered by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Also her half-brother, Donny MacKinnon and her half-sisters: Frances and Sheila MacKinnon and sister-in-law Dorothy MacKinnon and her special cousin Myrtle MacAusland. Besides her parents and her husband, Hazel was predeceased by her son Jerry Enman, her step-grandson Michael Enman, her brothers Henry MacKinnon and Russell (Doreen) MacKinnon, her daughter-in-law Marilyn Enman. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Thursday January 3rd, 2008 then to Victoria West Presbyterian Church for funeral service at 2:00 PM. Interment in Victoria West People's Cemetery. Memorial donations in Hazel's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Victoria West Presbyterian Church would by appreciated.
