Obituary of Fall, Willard Carrier
The death occurred peacefully at the South Shore Villa, Crapaud on Tuesday, January 8th , 2008 of Willard Carrier Fall , formerly of Hampton ,aged 86 years. Veteran of World War II . Willard was born in Crapaud , P.E.I. on May 14th,1921 to his late parents,Clarke & Eva( nee Sherren ) Fall.Beloved husband of the late Marguerite ( nee Ince ) Fall.
Loving father of Wayne ( Roseanne ) of Montague and Fred ( Lynn )of Hampton. Survived by his brothers Elmer ( Frances ) of Crapaud, Earl ( Doris ) of Cornwall , Leaman ( Dorothy )of Crapaud and his sister Dorothy Ferguson of Hampton. Also lovingly remembered by his 5 grandchildren : Noah ( Mai ) , Heidi ( Doug ), Steven, Randy & Jeff ( Liz ) , along with 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents and his wife, Willard was predeceased by his daughter June Molyneaux, his brothers John, Lloyd, David, Charles & Clair and his sisters Lillian Cook , Marion Cairns , Gwendolyn Fall & Blanche Judson.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Friday , January 11th ,2008 then to St. John's Anglican Church, Crapaud for funeral service at 2:00 P.M.. Interment in the church cemetery . Memorial donations in Willard's memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Parkinsons Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated. No visiting hours by family request.

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
