The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital,Summerside on Thursday, February 21st , 2008 of 'Blake' Alexander William Chapman, newborn son of William Chapman & Stephanie Fall of Summerside. Beloved grandson of Kevin Arsenault & Heather Chapman of S'side, Ada Fall of S'side, John Fall of Crapaud & William Chapman of Springhill, N.S.. Also lovingly remembered by his aunts & uncles Danielle Scalo of Penn. , U.S.A. , Laura Napper of Kitchener, On. , John Fall,Samantha, Sean & Codie Chapman , all of Summerside and also his godfather Jonathan Gallant of S'side. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Tuesday , February 26th , 2008 for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place at People's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Blake's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation ( Children's Ward ) would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Tuesday , 10 a.m. until time of funeral service.
