Obituary of DesRoches, Albert Joseph

The death occurred surrounded by his family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Wednesday, Sept.10th , 2008 of Albert Joseph DesRoches of Summerset Manor, Summerside and formerly of Borden-Carleton , aged 87 years. Albert was born on March 10th , 1921 to his late parents, Anthony & Angelina ( nee Arsenault ) DesRoches . Survived by the following brothers & sister : Ralph ( Helen ) of Borden-Carleton , Austin of Central Bedeque , Margaret ( Ralph ) Arsenault of S'side , & Fred ( Joan ) of Borden-Carleton. Also lovingly remembered by numerous nieces & nephews. Besides his parents, Albert was predeceased by his brothers George ( Mary ) , Edmond , & Henry . Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Friday, then to St. Peter's Church, Seven Mile Bay for funeral mass at 10:30 A.M.. Interment to take place later in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Albert's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Summerset Manor Equipment Fund would be greatly appreciated.
