Obituary of Arsenault, Eric Joseph Gerard
The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PE, on June 21st, 2021 of Joseph Gerard Eric Arsenault, aged 71 years, of Miscouche, PE. Eric was born in Ontario to his late parents Gerard and Janet (nee Arsenault) Arsenault.
He will be missed greatly by his wife Bev Arsenault (nee Gaudet), his children Ryan, ON, Randy & Leslie, ON, Rodney, ON and Alexis, PEI and his step-children Tyler & Stephanie, PEI, Kyle & Claire, ON and Brittany, PEI. Remembered by his grandchildren Kayla, Kennedy, Alissa, Adain, Ava, Aria, Ryker, Tanner and great-grandchildren Layah & Anthony.
Eric is survived by his brother Wayne & Rhonda Arsenault, PEI, his niece, nephew and best furry pal Davidson.
Predeceased by his first wife Ann (nee Bernard) Arsenault and sister Gloria.
Eric's family would like to thank the staff at the Prince County Hospital and say a special thank you to the Security Team for their care and compassion.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. His PEI family will privately honour Eric's life followed by a funeral service in Ontario. Donations in Eric's Memory may be may directly to the Alzheimer Society of PEI, 1-902-628-2257.

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
