Obituary of Huestis, Claire Mary

The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Monday, March 23rd , 2009 of 'Claire' Mary Huestis ( nee Perry ) of Summerside, aged 73 years. Claire was born on January 13th , 1936 in Summerside, P.E.I. to her late parents, Arthur & Eileen ( nee Poirier ) Perry. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Huestis & loving mother of James ( Theresa ) of Halifax, N.S., Alex ( Jane ) of Innsville, On. , Harold ( Trish ) of Innsville, On. & Eldon of Mississauga, On. . Also lovingly remembered by her 7 grandchildren & the following brothers & sisters : Ensor, David, Bonita, Wilfred, Robert ,Marjorie, Jean & Tina. Besides her parents & her husband, Claire was predeceased by her sisters Una & Marie. By family request, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held . A committal service will be held in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Miscouche at a later date. Memorial donations in Claire's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation may be made at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside.
